14-day right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Just email hello@blingprofessional.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

Hygiene. For hygiene and safety reasons, hair care products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. Unopened products in their original packaging can always be returned, including products bought on sale. The straightener can be returned if it is unused, complete and in its original packaging.

Return costs. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the product is faulty or damaged, or when we sent the wrong item. In those cases we pay the return and send you the right product or a full refund.

Refund. We refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the returned products.

Damaged or wrong item? Please check your parcel when you receive it and send us a photo by email as soon as possible, so we can solve it quickly.

Legal guarantee. All our products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies in the European Union.
